GKP Private Equity is a Miami-based investment management firm which was founded in 2009 by award-winning financial experts John Glassman, Karl Pearson and Paul Hucker, who once worked for Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney.

The three men developed their own company which provides financial backing and makes investments in the private equity of startup and operating companies through a variety of loosely affiliated investment strategies, including leverage buyout, venture capital, and growth capital. Often described as a financial sponsor, our firm also raises funds to be invested in accordance with one or more specific investment strategies.
