Seven New businesses arrive at BLUE WATER TOWERS
BLUE WATER TOWERS announce that seven new businesses brought their services to condo residents right in the comfort of their own home.
The Plazon and Wintel Corporation's $380 million project designed four condos towering over the beautiful Brickell Bay, bringing residential living and businesses such as restaurants, food markets, shopping centers, exercise rooms, sports bars and entertainment all under the same roofs.
University of Miami Doctor Dereck Palmer, Morton's Steakhouse, Mass Mutual Investment, Toby's Health SPA, Fitness Expert Dr. Joan Smith, Vicky Bakery and Best Friend Cleaning Services are moving into the business sections of the four condos, starting next month.
Residents don't have to travel far for medical and rehab services, banking and investments, exercise, body and face makeover and dining inside the best restaurants.
The businesses are expected to generate more than $1 billion in sales and revenues in 2019.
